Parking:

☀️2 free parking passes for the parking deck. Vehicles over 74" must park on the first floor of the garage, which can fill up (alternate parking available). The parking deck is one way, which can feel a little tight and tricky to navigate at times. No motorcycles or trailers are permitted at Beach Colony Resort.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking.
